Presenting one of our latest projects: Doce Chiles, Mexican market food, in the Mercado de La Paz in Madrid.

Our proposal was based on an essential element in Mexican cuisine, the comal, an iron griddle where tortillas are made on and on which most dishes are cooked and heated.

It pares the idea of a traditional Mexican market stand down to its minimum expression, holding on to the basic elements and endowing it with a modern design without sacrificing its essence.
